Eligibility Criteria for BSF HC 2025
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 25 years
- Age relaxation: 3 years for OBC-NCL, 5 years for SC/ST.
Educational Qualification
- 12th Pass with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) with at least 60% marks, or
- 10th Pass + ITI Trade Certificate in a related trade.
- School and ITI must be recognized by CBSE, CISCE, state board, SCVT, or NCVT.

Selection Process
1. Physical Tests
Candidates must qualify in the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) before appearing for the written exam.

2. Written Exam
- Mode: Offline
- Duration: 2 hours
- Total Questions: 100
- Maximum Marks: 200
- Marking Scheme: +2 for correct, -0.25 for wrong
- Sections: Physics (40 Q), Mathematics (20 Q), Chemistry (20 Q), English & GK (20 Q)
- Medium: English & Hindi
Pay Scale
Selected candidates will receive a basic pay of ₹25,500 – ₹81,100 under Pay Level 4 (7th CPC), along with Dearness Allowance, HRA, and other allowances.
