To be eligible for the Post Matric Scholarship Odisha 2025:
- You must be a resident of Odisha
- You must belong to SC / ST / OBC / SEBC / EBC
Income limit:
- SC & ST → No income limit
- OBC / SEBC / EBC → Family income must be ₹2,50,000 or less (FY 2024–25 certificate)
- You must be studying in a post-matric course (Class 11 or above)
- You must not be receiving any other full tuition scholarship

How to Apply Online (Step-by-Step)
1. Visit the official portal: scholarship.odisha.gov.in
2. Click on “Apply Online”
3. If you are new, select “Register Here”
4. Fill all details — personal, academic, bank, and income
5. Upload all documents in PDF format (max 500 KB each)
6. Submit the form and note your Application ID
7. Take a printout and submit it to your college (if required)
8. The institute will verify → DWO will approve → Money will be sent through PFMS

2. Click “Know Your Status”
3. Enter Aadhaar Number or Application ID
If your status shows “Forwarded to Institute” for too long, contact your college.

- Earlier Last Date: 30 November 2025
- New Extended Last Date: 31 December 2025
Students should apply as early as possible to avoid last-minute server issues.
Common Mistakes That Lead to Rejection
- Bank account not linked with Aadhaar → Link it immediately
- Name mismatch in Aadhaar, Bank, or Certificates → Correct the mismatch
- Old income certificate uploaded → Use FY 2024–25 only
- Wrong course group selected → Check the official course list
- PDF more than 500 KB → Compress and upload
- Renewal student applying as Fresh → Always choose Renewal

- Money is transferred through PFMS directly to your bank
- Pending payments of 2023–24 and 2024–25 are still being released (as of Nov 2025)
